start with 2-3 tablespoons. bring water to a boil. setup your area of steaming. once set up, pour boiling water onto the herbal blend as to not burn yourself. place steam under a slotted chair or step stool with a slot or sitz bath if using your toilet bowl. remove clothing from the waist down, leaving on your socks and keeping your upper body warm and covered, sit over the steaming herbs making sure the steam from the herbs gets to the perineum. cover yourself waist down so that the steam is not released.
